Case Managers have full access to our booking platform giving them the ability to book specific dates and times for all our services. A confirmation email is sent to the employee automatically outlining appointment details. We send preparation information and reminders leading up to the appointment to help the employee understand the type of support they will receive from Azura. We average 3-days for report delivery to their family physician. A treatment consultation with the family physician occurs thereafter.
We offer continuous psychiatric care through regular patient reassessments. We send any updated treatment recommendations to the employee's family physician after each reassessment.
