Our Care Implementation-Optimization Program is an innovative, outcomes-driven system designed to ensure that every treatment recommendation is implemented quickly, clearly, and collaboratively.
Case Managers have full access to our booking platform, allowing them to schedule specific dates and times for any of our services. Employees receive an automatic confirmation email with all appointment details, along with preparation information and timely reminders to help them understand the support they will receive from Azura.
Following the assessment, the report is delivered directly to the employee’s family physician. From there, the Azura SmartCare program ensures that recommended treatment options are implemented quickly, clearly, and collaboratively.
We also offer ongoing psychiatric care when needed through regular reassessments. After each reassessment, any updated treatment recommendations are sent to the employee’s family physician to support continuity of care.
